Though born in Caprice's roots in Southern California, Caprice Bourret is well known in England where she became a top model in the 1990s. She won the title of Miss Teen California at the age of 16. After growing up in Whittier, California she moved to the United Kingdom in 1996 to further her career in modelling. An appearance in a revealing dress at the 1996 British National Television Awards ceremony helped gain her public recognition. Bourret has become one of the UK's most famous models and is popularly known by just her first name.

Bourret has appeared on the covers of more than 300 magazines published around the world, including GQ, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Vogue, Maxim and FHM. Bourret also posed nude in the March, 2000 issue of Playboy magazine. She was voted GQ Magazine's Woman of the Year and Maxim's International Woman of the Year three years running. She has also been featured in television ad campaigns for Diet Coke and Pizza Hut.

Her popularity was spring boarded by her eye-popping shots as the Wonderbra model She's used the move to also attempt a singing career, with the CD single entitled Oh Yeah in 2000 while currently she's working on her new album. 

Of course her numerous roles in different UK TV programs suggest her legions of fans are much larger than any hotel can stop. Besides hosting numerous awards shows, including the British National Television Awards, Monaco World Music Awards, and the European MTV Awards, Caprice also has had several roles in British TV series. She was host of Caprice's Travels, a headlining star in Loved By You, and the aforementioned Heaven's On Earth. Caprice was a major staple in The Big Breakfast diet in 1999 where she was the guest presenter. While in the role, she admitted to her feelings for presenter Johnny Vaughan, saying "What I find really sexy in a man is personality, and Johnny's got loads of that. I think he's a real cutie. In fact, he's just my kinda guy." The complete opposite reaction occurred in 1996 where her see-through dress made newscaster Trevor McDonald, normally ice-cool behind the mic, completely lose his cool during the British National Television Awards. This caused Caprice to be banned from the show the following year though she was back in '98 with her revealing £10,000 skintight dress bearing two Union Jack designs picked out in tiny beads. She covered up though when on stage with Trevor, saying "I know Trevor got a bit distracted last time so I've covered up so I'll be safe to go on stage." 

Well besides her on screen flirtations, Caprice has also been linked to some notable celebrities. Her relationship with Rod Stewart after his separation from Rachel Hunter caused Rachel to come running back to Rod, who an insider told The Enquirer "Rod proved to Rachel that he's far from past his prime. That's why they're back together." Caprice has also been linked to James Woolf, who's business dealings in the Czech Republic conflicting with Eastern Europe's mob caused the two to worry for their lives, as he was attacked and barely escaped a car bomb. She also had a rumored fling is with former soccer superstar Tony Adams, who Caprice seemed attracted to by his honesty regarding his battle with alcoholism. Lest you think Caprice only wants to be linked with the wealthy or celebrities, she admits recently "I’ve always wanted to be a real tart, to just be able to sleep around and not really care, but I can’t." because of her celebrity status and British tabloids. And now Caprice has found the love of her live with Alex Davis, who is several years young than her. She and Alexander are not expected to marry until he has finished his business studies course in Chicago. 

Caprice has not only been popular behind the TV, but also as a magazine pin-up, having appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1998 and a nude spread in Playboy as well.
